About us. We are a small family-operated business, based out of Coquitlam that has been providing quality service to Metro Vancouver since 2011.

We are fully insured with 2 Million General Liability as well as being fully covered by WCB. We have been an Accredited Member of the Better Business Bureau since 2012.

Our goal has always been to provide the best possible service in the Residential Exterior Cleaning Industry.

We’ve taken great care of many clients over the years and have completed thousands of jobs.

There was moss on my roof due to age and because of the tree shade, and I knew it was time to get it cleaned. I hired Quality One and I'm so glad I did! The crew was professional, efficient, and did a fantastic job. They removed all the moss and left my roof looking brand new. They also cleaned up any debris thoroughly. I highly recommend them for roof + gutters cleaning!

I’ve been a customer of Quality One for several years, they clean my gutters. They always do an excellent job.My neighbor who I referred Quality One to recently told me they also do glass patio awnings They have one also. So I immediately contact Quality One and they had an opening the next day. Otherwise I would have to wait for over a week.I use to clean my own glass 12’ X 14’ awning but it’s a pain in the butt and very frustrating. And an extremely wet job. I don’t like heights so I will not get on the roof. So I try to clean from a step ladder atone end that is accessible- not easy.After 2 years of neglect, the glass had lots of burnt on grime from our southern exposure.So Pavlo showed up early afternoon and by the end of the day he had those glass panels sparkling. Got stains off that I couldn’t get off the previous years. Pavlo was very meticulous to detail. He would not leave until the work was done to HIS satisfaction. A attribute rarely seen. The price for this work was veryreasonable.Thank You Pavlo.One less head ache I have to do.It’s nice to deal with a company that is so easy to work with. Their service is excellent, very good communication and very good pricing. They will contact you every year for routine service reminder. But they will never talk you into something you do not want or need.Highly recommend them.Check them out. You will not be disappointed.Wes

Big shoutout to Quality One Home Services! I had searched gutter cleaning in the local Facebook group and they had been mentioned a few times. Their response time for my estimate inquiry was very quick, and they were able to customize what we needed done.Yesterday we had Pavlo come and clean out our gutters and wash the exterior of the gutters. He arrived on time, on a Sunday and worked for about 4 hours.Our gutters look fantastic! The communication with their front end staff Kiana was excellent. I would highly recommend them. Five ⭐️

Quality One does quality work. If you have vinyl siding in the TriCities, you need a soft brush wash to remove the green mildew effectively. The results are remarkable. We’ve used Quality One to wash the house and windows, clean our in-house gutters, and this year had some pressure washing done. We are always pleased with the work done.
