Our House Washing Process

We apply the mix, scrub with soft brushes and then rinse with low garden hose pressure. This way, we can ensure that no damage is done during the process and your warranties are kept intact, while still doing a great job washing your home.

We use the cleaning methods suggested by the Siding Manufacturers and Insurance Companies.

Paint Preparation: Our method of cleaning is good for paint prep; only if you do not require any of the old paint to be removed. If you need paint removal, then you should probably have your painter do the prep work themselves.

Soft Washing: We use a soft method of applying detergents, agitating and rinsing with low pressure. We do not use a pressure washer for this service.

House Wash vs Siding Cleaning: The best value is to get the whole House Wash. However, if you like, we can clean Siding, Outside Gutters & Windows on their own or in any combination. The two surfaces that can only be done as part of a Whole House Wash are Soffits & Fascia.

Limitations: We are removing dirt, algae, mold and mildew. Some stains will remain. Oxidation will remain. Old surfaces will look better, but ultimately are still old.

Other Add-Ons

In addition to house washing, we also offer cleaning services on a variety of other surfaces too. Please let us know if you’d like any of these surfaces cleaned as well and we’d be happy to provide you with a quote.

Metal and/or Glass Canopy(s) and Other Type Deck Cover Washing

Is your deck cover growing mold and green algae on it? Does it have leaves and other tree debris collecting on top?

We also offer specialized cleaning on these surfaces too. Whether you have a small awning over your entryway or a large deck covering, we recommend getting these washed as a great add-on to a house wash.

Just let us know if you would like the tops, sides and/or undersides of your canopy/awning washed.

Deck Floor, Metal Railings, Railing Glass

For vinyl deck floors, we often advise using low-pressure cleaning systems for these as well. With the right product and some elbow grease, we can get your deck and railings looking refreshed!

Small Sheds & Other Outbuildings

Vinyl sheds grow green algae on them and tend to collect cobwebs. Keeping these clean with help keep them in good condition for the long haul.

I’ve been a customer of Quality One for several years, they clean my gutters. They always do an excellent job.My neighbor who I referred Quality One to recently told me they also do glass patio awnings They have one also. So I immediately contact Quality One and they had an opening the next day. Otherwise I would have to wait for over a week.I use to clean my own glass 12’ X 14’ awning but it’s a pain in the butt and very frustrating. And an extremely wet job. I don’t like heights so I will not get on the roof. So I try to clean from a step ladder atone end that is accessible- not easy.After 2 years of neglect, the glass had lots of burnt on grime from our southern exposure.So Pavlo showed up early afternoon and by the end of the day he had those glass panels sparkling. Got stains off that I couldn’t get off the previous years. Pavlo was very meticulous to detail. He would not leave until the work was done to HIS satisfaction. A attribute rarely seen. The price for this work was veryreasonable.Thank You Pavlo.One less head ache I have to do.It’s nice to deal with a company that is so easy to work with. Their service is excellent, very good communication and very good pricing. They will contact you every year for routine service reminder. Quality One does quality work. If you have vinyl siding in the TriCities, you need a soft brush wash to remove the green mildew effectively. The results are remarkable. We’ve used Quality One to wash the house and windows, clean our in-house gutters, and this year had some pressure washing done. We are always pleased with the work done.
