Greg performed the moss removal on my roof. The moss was brushed off into my gutters which were then manually cleaned. Anything that had fallen on the ground was also cleaned up. As he was applying the spray treatment to the roof his co-worker walked around the perimeter of the house with a hose to wash away any overspray on plants, walkways and the deck. The roof and chimney look great. I found the cost very competitive and would highly recommend the company.

So impressed with the professionalism, kindness, care and attention I received and witnessed toward the cleaning of my 'old' home, particularly the stained glass windows. Simply the best. I didn’t know anyone in this field but our house really needed it because of the awful atmospheric rivers we’ve been having in Coquitlam.
Oh wow! They cleaned the clogged gutters of the cedar and pine needles Amazing. During the winter months there was no overflow. Thank goodness.
They also cleaned our glass canopy above our deck above the top floor and our skylights Another amazing feat

Had them clean out my gutters (it had been a couple years) and they were excellent. Communication prompt, price fair, worker on time (early even), and the job was done very well. I just used Quality One Home Services for the 1st time to clean the gutters. Happened to find them on Google and I made the right choice. They were friendly, professional and reasonably priced for the excellent service they provided, as well as insured. Our man Craig was very thorough and made sure all the drainage was working as a final touch to his hard work.
They offer many other Home Services and I know I will be using them again.

I’ve been a customer of Quality One for several years, they clean my gutters. They always do an excellent job.
My neighbor who I referred Quality One to recently told me they also do glass patio awnings They have one also. So I immediately contact Quality One and they had an opening the next day. Otherwise I would have to wait for over a week.
I use to clean my own glass 12’ X 14’ awning but it’s a pain in the butt and very frustrating. And an extremely wet job. I don’t like heights so I will not get on the roof. So I try to clean from a step ladder at
one end that is accessible- not easy.
After 2 years of neglect, the glass had lots of burnt on grime from our southern exposure.
So Pavlo showed up early afternoon and by the end of the day he had those glass panels sparkling. Got stains off that I couldn’t get off the previous years. Pavlo was very meticulous to detail. He would not leave until the work was done to HIS satisfaction. A attribute rarely seen. The price for this work was very
reasonable.Thank You Pavlo.

It’s nice to deal with a company that is so easy to work with. Their service is excellent, very good communication and very good pricing. They will contact you every year for routine service reminder. But they will never talk you into something you do not want or need.

We used Quality One again this year for our cleaning needs. We had a large patio cover cleaned, along with a patio pressure wash. From initial contact with Kiana and Mike, to Pavlo arriving promptly, and efficiently completing the job, the experience was top notch - the patio and cover were spotless, which is no easy task considering all of the trees in our backyard. Pavlo removed all debris and left our yard in better shape then when he arrived.We will definitely be using Quality One for our needs next year!

Quality One does quality work. If you have vinyl siding in the TriCities, you need a soft brush wash to remove the green mildew effectively. The results are remarkable. We’ve used Quality One to wash the house and windows, clean our in-house gutters, and this year had some pressure washing done. We are always pleased with the work done.

Pavlo was great and very meticulous. I expected him to may be there a couple hours (to do our job which consisted of 2 semi-detached homes) but he was there most of the day. He needed to do some repairs and came back as soon as the weather was dry enough for the sealant to stick (was back in under 24 hours, at the earliest opportunity). I'd hire this company again.

Came a couple of weeks ago to clean the roof of my house and shed. Came early and finished around mid day.
Was very thorough after cleaning the roof as he cleaned the pine needles that fell down. He sprayed around the exterior of the house to clean any leftover debris from the roof cleaning. Overall, I am satisfied with the job done.

I had Mike from Quality One Home Services come out in July to clean my windows and screens. I have never had this type of service done in the past and i have to say, what a difference it made. Everything was in technicolor! This business was top notch from the moment i sent an email. Prompt reply and Mike showed up on time, did a great job from start to finish, payment was easy also. I highly recommend them and will def call again for this service. They also offer other services such as gutter cleaning and roof sweep, etc. I found the price was on point. Its so refreshing to find good quality work for a fair price. Thank you again, Quality One!

This is the 2nd time I have used Quality One Home Services for my home gutter cleaning. Professional, courteous, efficient and on time. A thorough, quality job completed both times. You can tell they take pride in the work they do and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will provide pictures to show the areas that are clogged and also do a scan to let you know if anything else needs servicing (i.e. shingles missing). They will also provide courtesy reminders when it is time to consider another service. Highly recommend. 👍🏻

I booked a gutter and roof cleaning job with Quality One. The technicians came to my home on time and started work right away. The job was done by early afternoon. The did a good clean up after the job was done. I am happy with their work. I would use them again.

Repeat business for a reason!!! No hassle booking, quick response and they propose multiple dates to accommodate our schedule.
Gutters are now ready for the heavy rain and no mess around the house after the clean up.

Have been using Quality1's exterior window cleaning services for seven years now for a 2-story Vancouver Special. We re-book the following year's service after each cleaning and without fail, several weeks before that date, an email reminder is sent. The firm has several different work divisions but I have always dealt with the owner and his daughter who typify personable and professional.

For years now, Quality One has performed our power/pressure washing. The back yard is all in paving stones plus sidewalks, a painted fireplace and a driveway. Christian does an excellent job and it always looks so clean when he is finished and a job well done. Also, over the years we have the roof cleaned and looking after it has certainly preserved it. It is approximately 25 years old and still looks good. Quality One cleans it and sprays it to control the moss. In addition, each year they clean our gutters
They have a high standard for employing responsible, professional, personable staff who are attentive to the wants and needs of their customers. They have all been very customer oriented.
Another thing that is important to us is that they are covered by WCB and have Insurance.
We would highly recommend Quality One for any cleaning needs you may have. Mike and his crew are great. Thank you so much.

Always a quality job from Quality One. I've used them for a number of years now for my glass/metal awning on my back deck. That has expanded to roof cleaning, gutters, windows, pressure washing concrete and shed. Makes my life so much easier to have the house exterior cleaned up in one go and done so well. Now we're ready for summer!

I have used Quality One for my gutter cleaning and roof sweeping for many years. We've used quality One since we bought our house about 8 years ago and realized just how high up the gutters that need cleaning out each year actually are (-;: We and a neighbour both did moss removal a few years back. We used Q1, the neighbour did not. The neighbour's crew made such a mess pressure washing the moss into OUR yard, Q1 crew did not pressure wash and did not make a mess at all. We have Q1 come back every 2 years to spray and we are moss free. Neighbour? Not so much... they just had their crew back and they made just as much mess as the first time.

We have once more a gleaming house. Christian was here yesterday and washed all the windows and screens, cleaned our large deck, including two tables, many chairs, a freezer, BBQ and storage chest. He also cleaned the gutters, and power washed the stairs and walkway. I can't over emphasize the amazing job he does, year after year.
