We include inspection for any possible repairs as a part of your Burnaby exterior cleaning service and our technicians can let you know if they see anything of concern that we can either quote and repair for you while on site or schedule a day to come back and complete the repair for you.
If you suspect you may have a gutter corner leak, you can let us know before your upcoming appointment, and our technicians can have a look and assess if we need to do any repairs while on site.
We had Christian clean our gutters a few years ago and he did such a great job that we requested him again to have the whole roof done this time as well. Christian and Ryan did an amazing job and were on time, courteous, pleasant and thorough and professional. The roof looks great and they cleaned everything on the ground, flower beds etc where the debris feel. Our house has several levels. They also left our windows sparkling clean from spraying after the other guy put the bleach spray on the roof. A great job. Will come back to Quality one and recommend them to the others. Mike and the office staff were great as well. A great professional company.

I just used Quality One Home Services for the 1st time to clean the gutters. Happened to find them on Google and I made the right choice. They were friendly, professional and reasonably priced for the excellent service they provided, as well as insured. Quality One did a great job pressure washing my stairs and patio the other day. They were easy to work with - being able to provide a quote via Google maps views and photos I shared with them. Greg arrived as scheduled and started right away. He deforested the moss covered areas and cleaned it all up nicely. Great friendly and efficient service!

There was moss on my roof due to age and because of the tree shade, and I knew it was time to get it cleaned. I hired Quality One and I'm so glad I did! The crew was professional, efficient, and did a fantastic job. They removed all the moss and left my roof looking brand new. They also cleaned up any debris thoroughly. I’ve been a customer of Quality One for several years, they clean my gutters. They always do an excellent job.My neighbor who I referred Quality One to recently told me they also do glass patio awnings They have one also. So I immediately contact Quality One and they had an opening the next day. Otherwise I would have to wait for over a week.I use to clean my own glass 12’ X 14’ awning but it’s a pain in the butt and very frustrating. And an extremely wet job. I don’t like heights so I will not get on the roof. So I try to clean from a step ladder atone end that is accessible- not easy.After 2 years of neglect, the glass had lots of burnt on grime from our southern exposure.So Pavlo showed up early afternoon and by the end of the day he had those glass panels sparkling. Got stains off that I couldn’t get off the previous years. Pavlo was very meticulous to detail. He would not leave until the work was done to HIS satisfaction. A attribute rarely seen. The price for this work was veryreasonable.Thank You Pavlo.One less head ache I have to do.It’s nice to deal with a company that is so easy to work with. Their service is excellent, very good communication and very good pricing. They will contact you every year for routine service reminder. We used Quality One again this year for our cleaning needs. We had a large patio cover cleaned, along with a patio pressure wash.
