We've used Quality One over the years for most of the services they provide on our 3 story single family home. They always do a great job from roof cleaning and treatment (we have had no more moss in years), patio pressure washing, house washing and most years cleaning the glass canopy on our deck. Always responsive and competitive.

Greg performed the moss removal on my roof. The moss was brushed off into my gutters which were then manually cleaned. Anything that had fallen on the ground was also cleaned up. As he was applying the spray treatment to the roof his co-worker walked around the perimeter of the house with a hose to wash away any overspray on plants, walkways and the deck. The roof and chimney look great. I found the cost very competitive and would highly recommend the company.

I was very pleased with the cleaning service I received today! So impressed with the professionalism, kindness, care and attention I received and witnessed toward the cleaning of my 'old' home, particularly the stained glass windows. They were even able to clean areas where I was told by another company that the marks are permanent! Quality One Home Services was worth it and will definitely be on my list for the next cleaning. Simply the best. I didn’t know anyone in this field but our house really needed it because of the awful atmospheric rivers we’ve been having in Coquitlam.
Oh wow! They cleaned the clogged gutters of the cedar and pine needles Amazing. During the winter months there was no overflow. Thank goodness.
They also cleaned our glass canopy above our deck above the top floor and our skylights Another amazing feat
I cannot say enough about their prompt
Service, their efficiency and fhe owner’s and the employees’ affable natures.

I’ve been a customer of Quality One for several years, they clean my gutters. They always do an excellent job.
My neighbor who I referred Quality One to recently told me they also do glass patio awnings They have one also. So I immediately contact Quality One and they had an opening the next day. Otherwise I would have to wait for over a week.
I use to clean my own glass 12’ X 14’ awning but it’s a pain in the butt and very frustrating. And an extremely wet job. I don’t like heights so I will not get on the roof. So I try to clean from a step ladder at
one end that is accessible- not easy.
After 2 years of neglect, the glass had lots of burnt on grime from our southern exposure.
So Pavlo showed up early afternoon and by the end of the day he had those glass panels sparkling. Got stains off that I couldn’t get off the previous years. Pavlo was very meticulous to detail. He would not leave until the work was done to HIS satisfaction. A attribute rarely seen. The price for this work was very
reasonable.Thank You Pavlo.
One less head ache I have to do.
It’s nice to deal with a company that is so easy to work with. Their service is excellent, very good communication and very good pricing. They will contact you every year for routine service reminder. But they will never talk you into something you do not want or need.
Highly recommend them.
Check them out. You will not be disappointed.

Everything was in technicolor! This business was top notch from the moment i sent an email. Prompt reply and Mike showed up on time, did a great job from start to finish, payment was easy also. I highly recommend them and will def call again for this service. They also offer other services such as gutter cleaning and roof sweep, etc. I found the price was on point. Its so refreshing to find good quality work for a fair price. Thank you again, Quality One!

This is the 2nd time I have used Quality One Home Services for my home gutter cleaning. Professional, courteous, efficient and on time. A thorough, quality job completed both times. You can tell they take pride in the work they do and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will provide pictures to show the areas that are clogged and also do a scan to let you know if anything else needs servicing (i.e. shingles missing). They will also provide courtesy reminders when it is time to consider another service. Highly recommend. 👍🏻

Repeat business for a reason!!! No hassle booking, quick response and they propose multiple dates to accommodate our schedule.
Gutters are now ready for the heavy rain and no mess around the house after the clean up.
I also like how you can book and pay online but the personal service is also there! Very happy customer 😊

Have been using Quality1's exterior window cleaning services for seven years now for a 2-story Vancouver Special. We re-book the following year's service after each cleaning and without fail, several weeks before that date, an email reminder is sent. The firm has several different work divisions but I have always dealt with the owner and his daughter who typify personable and professional.

For years now, Quality One has performed our power/pressure washing. The back yard is all in paving stones plus sidewalks, a painted fireplace and a driveway. Christian does an excellent job and it always looks so clean when he is finished and a job well done. Also, over the years we have the roof cleaned and looking after it has certainly preserved it. It is approximately 25 years old and still looks good. Quality One cleans it and sprays it to control the moss. In addition, each year they clean our gutters
They have a high standard for employing responsible, professional, personable staff who are attentive to the wants and needs of their customers. They have all been very customer oriented.
Another thing that is important to us is that they are covered by WCB and have Insurance.
We would highly recommend Quality One for any cleaning needs you may have. Mike and his crew are great. Thank you so much.

Always a quality job from Quality One. I've used them for a number of years now for my glass/metal awning on my back deck. That has expanded to roof cleaning, gutters, windows, pressure washing concrete and shed. Makes my life so much easier to have the house exterior cleaned up in one go and done so well. Now we're ready for summer!

We've been going with Quality One for our gutter cleaning for the last six years. Mike, Kiana, and their team is amazing. Great value for their top notch work. This year we got the exterior of our house washed as well. If you are looking for home cleaning service, we would highly recommend you to connect with QO to see what they can do for you.

This year, I hired Quality One company again to clean my roof and gutters, and I couldn't be more pleased with the job they did. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and friendly.
The team arrived on time and got right to work. They also did a thorough job of cleaning up after themselves, leaving my property looking better than ever.
Overall, I would highly recommend Quality One company for any roof and gutter cleaning needs. Their team is knowledgeable, professional, and efficient, and they do an excellent job. I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

I use Quality One to sweep tree debris from the roof and clean the gutters three times per year and every spring have them do my window washing and pressure washing. They are great to work with, responsive to requests, attentive to detail in their work and care for my property.

I have used Quality One for my gutter cleaning and roof sweeping for many years. They have come on emergency call out a few times when I have had a blockage in my gutters outside the annual cleaning visit. They are always able to schedule work to meet my need. Great work and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

The Quality One team did an amazing job cleaning the gutters and power washing our patio. From quote to job completion the team was very professional. They also went above and beyond and unclogged some of our drains. Thank you so much, Q1 team!! I will certainly reach out for future service.

We've used quality One since we bought our house about 8 years ago and realized just how high up the gutters that need cleaning out each year actually are (-;: We and a neighbour both did moss removal a few years back. We used Q1, the neighbour did not. The neighbour's crew made such a mess pressure washing the moss into OUR yard, Q1 crew did not pressure wash and did not make a mess at all. We have Q1 come back every 2 years to spray and we are moss free. Neighbour? Not so much... they just had their crew back and they made just as much mess as the first time.

We have been using Quality One Home Services for a few years now and always been impressed with the quality of work they provide but this time Christian was above our expectations. I have never seen such a hard working, dedicated person in my 27 years living in BC. Words cannot express enough our gratitude for the cleaning job he did on our house (June 3).
A big THANK YOU!

We have once more a gleaming house. Christian was here yesterday and washed all the windows and screens, cleaned our large deck, including two tables, many chairs, a freezer, BBQ and storage chest. He also cleaned the gutters, and power washed the stairs and walkway. I can't over emphasize the amazing job he does, year after year. I highly recommend Quality One Home Services - they never disappoint.

Pretty amazing end-to-end experience. Received a quote very quickly (they used Google Street View so no site visit needed), showed up as promised, and and did excellent work. Both Kiana (office) and Mike (field) provided outstanding customer service. We'll be using Quality One again and highly recommend them based on our experience.

First time using this company and very impressed. Christian was amazing. He was incredibly hard working and kept his cheerful demeanor right to the end of a long day. The job was very professional and any add-ons were discussed ahead of time and agreed to. No surprises and great value for the work done. I highly recommend him and have booked him for my dad's place already.
