  • 1. Remove All Moss
  • 2. Clean Inside Gutter System
  • 3. Apply Roof Spray Treatment

This is the recommended method as described by shingle & tile manufacturers as stated by the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association

Why do we need to clean our roofs?

Moss & algae can retain moisture and weaken the roofing material, leading to possible leaks.

Regular cleaning can help prevent wear and tear while saving you money on costly repairs or roof replacements.

If your roof is growing moss or algae on it, we recommend having your roof cleaned sooner rather than later as waiting too long can cause further deterioration of the shingles and/or roof tiles.

Port Coquitlam Pressure Washing

Pressure Washing Information

Deck with algae pressure washed in Port Coquitlam, BC

We offer high-quality Port Coquitlam exterior cleaning services and pressure washing is a crucial component of our service.

Pressure washing ground areas such as patios, decks, front entrances, and sidewalks is an essential part of maintaining the appearance of any property.

In addition to an unsightly appearance, sidewalks in the Lower Mainland that are covered in algae and grime can pose a safety hazard. The slimy surface can become very slippery when wet. The accumulation of algae and grime on the walkways can weaken the concrete surface, leading to cracks.

Very responsive and professional company. Ryan who washed our house worked hard and did a great job, and to top it off he actually did a little more cleaning than we had requested and in the end the job was still done for the estimated price, which I might add was very reasonable! Use these guys for your house cleaning and you will have zero issues! Everything from their responsiveness to our initial call to Mikes estimate visit, and Ryan’s brush work cleaning was fantastic. Ryan did in less than a day what would have taken me days, and washed the top gables on our house that I have never been able to get at due to the height. Thanks again Don and Julie Mackenzie.

Had my concrete tile roof cleaned and treated. Gutters washed, house washed, patio cover washed. Very very impressed with entire job performed and customer service delivered.
I deal with may employees working at customer sites delivering customer service so my standard are high when it come to effort. Quality one delivered in every way.

Christian came alone, worked all day and into the evening, and got the whole big job done in one day. He is a hard worker, and went beyond to do a super job. Well done.

We have tried a few exterior house cleaning services in the past 18 years, and Quality One Home Services is hands-down the best, and very reasonably priced. They have a gentle cleaning technique that does not damage the paint, yet leaves the exterior spotlessly clean.

Greg performed the moss removal on my roof. The moss was brushed off into my gutters which were then manually cleaned. Anything that had fallen on the ground was also cleaned up. As he was applying the spray treatment to the roof his co-worker walked around the perimeter of the house with a hose to wash away any overspray on plants, walkways and the deck. The roof and chimney look great. I found the cost very competitive and would highly recommend the company.
Response from the owner:Thank you so much! It was a pleasure working for you :-) And I'll be sure to let Greg know that you are pleased with his hard work. Take care, Kiana
