If we suspect high pressure will do potential damage to a surface, we offer a soft washing option.
We offer soft washing and power washing of hard ground surfaces, the main difference is the amount of pressure used. Power washing uses high pressure to blast away dirt, grime and other debris on the surface. We often use this method on concrete, stones and brick pavers.
If we suspect that using a soft washing method will produce better results, often for a vinyl deck or other type of surface that has algae growing on it, we may recommend a soft wash instead. The choice between the two methods mainly just depend on the type of surface and what type of infectant we are trying to remove.

We use a blower to remove any loose debris that may have accumulated on your roof such as leaves, twigs, small branches, pine needles, etc. After we have removed all of the debris from the roof, we blow and sweep up all of the debris that was on the roof from the ground.
The last step is to scoop out all the debris from your gutters and flush them afterward to ensure they are properly flowing.
Roof Sweeps are a great add-on as a preventative to moss growth as wet leaves and/or piles of debris on your roof that contain moisture can actually encourage moss to grow. As we know, moss loves a shady, cold, and moist surface to grow on. Once moss starts to grow in one section of your roof, over time it will infest other sections of your roof as well causing an even bigger infestation.

There was moss on my roof due to age and because of the tree shade, and I knew it was time to get it cleaned. I hired Quality One and I'm so glad I did! I’ve been a customer of Quality One for several years, they clean my gutters. They always do an excellent job.My neighbor who I referred Quality One to recently told me they also do glass patio awnings They have one also. So I immediately contact Quality One and they had an opening the next day. Otherwise I would have to wait for over a week.I use to clean my own glass 12’ X 14’ awning but it’s a pain in the butt and very frustrating. And an extremely wet job. I don’t like heights so I will not get on the roof. So I try to clean from a step ladder atone end that is accessible- not easy.After 2 years of neglect, the glass had lots of burnt on grime from our southern exposure.So Pavlo showed up early afternoon and by the end of the day he had those glass panels sparkling. Got stains off that I couldn’t get off the previous years. Pavlo was very meticulous to detail. He would not leave until the work was done to HIS satisfaction. A attribute rarely seen. The price for this work was veryreasonable.Thank You Pavlo.One less head ache I have to do.It’s nice to deal with a company that is so easy to work with. Their service is excellent, very good communication and very good pricing. They will contact you every year for routine service reminder. Quality One does quality work. If you have vinyl siding in the TriCities, you need a soft brush wash to remove the green mildew effectively. The results are remarkable. We’ve used Quality One to wash the house and windows, clean our in-house gutters, and this year had some pressure washing done. We are always pleased with the work done.

I hired Mike to do some pressure washing. He was excellent and I would recommend him. He was quick to provide a fair quote for the work. It was easy to schedule the work.
