With all of this stunning natural greenery often right in our backyards, it does come with some of its own challenges.
For example, tall surrounding trees provide excellent shade in the Summer, but in the windy and rainy months, they tend to lose their leaves/pine needles that can cover our roofs and clog up our gutter systems. Leaving debris on the roof too long can encourage moss growth with all of the moisture trapped on the roof if not blown off. Leaving debris in the gutters can cause them to clog up, often causing gutter blockages and potential overflow which can even lead to potential flooding issues. Gutter cleaning is an important aspect of home maintenance that helps protect your home from damage.

Pressure Washing Information
We offer soft washing and power washing of hard ground surfaces, the main difference is the amount of pressure used. Power washing uses high pressure to blast away dirt, grime and other debris on the surface. We often use this method on concrete, stones and brick pavers.
If we suspect that using a soft washing method will produce better results, often for a vinyl deck or other type of surface that has algae growing on it, we may recommend a soft wash instead. The choice between the two methods mainly just depend on the type of surface and what type of infectant we are trying to remove.
We offer two types of Coquitlam window cleaning services.
Both methods will achieve great results and will leave your windows sparkling clean. It’s incredible what a difference a clean window can make!

We use a blower to remove any loose debris that may have accumulated on your roof such as leaves, twigs, small branches, pine needles, etc. After we have removed all of the debris from the roof, we blow and sweep up all of the debris that was on the roof from the ground.
The last step is to scoop out all the debris from your gutters and flush them afterward to ensure they are properly flowing.
Roof Sweeps are a great add-on as a preventative to moss growth as wet leaves and/or piles of debris on your roof that contain moisture can actually encourage moss to grow. As we know, moss loves a shady, cold, and moist surface to grow on. Once moss starts to grow in one section of your roof, over time it will infest other sections of your roof as well causing an even bigger infestation.

We've used quality One since we bought our house about 8 years ago and realized just how high up the gutters that need cleaning out each year actually are (-;: We and a neighbour both did moss removal a few years back. We used Q1, the neighbour did not. The neighbour's crew made such a mess pressure washing the moss into OUR yard, Q1 crew did not pressure wash and did not make a mess at all. We have Q1 come back every 2 years to spray and we are moss free. Neighbour? Not so much... they just had their crew back and they made just as much mess as the first time.

I recently had Christian out to wash my exterior windows which were desperately in need of some love. He did an amazing job! He was on time, friendly, and efficient. As a business owner myself, I know how difficult it can be to find staff that think and act like an owner, but Christian definitely does. At my request, he came inside to do one high window that hadn't been cleaned in five years or more. He had to clean it several times to get it really clean, and everything on the deck, table, chairs, BBQ, freezer and storage chest look so great. The windows and screens can now be seen through with no splotches. The attention to detail while cleaning the windows is great to watch, first the wash, then the squeegee to dry, followed by a cloth to wipe around all the edges. The stairs and walkway just glisten.
