Please note: We only offer gutter repairs on systems that we have first cleaned. Once we’ve cleaned the gutters, we can properly assess and advise on any repairs that may be needed to achieve proper function and flow. A lot of the time, we can do the needed repairs during the same visit.
More often than you might think; just cleaning the system solves many of the problems that you may have thought were a repair. For example, sometimes a leak is just an overflow from a clogged, full system.
Keeping the gutter system clean, helps prevent future repairs. Weight from debris and water will warp the gutter system. If left long enough, the gutter will be pulled away from the house. Improper water flow, allowed to go over the front and/or the back of the gutter will help prematurely rot the fascia board.
Regular cleanings keep repair costs lower and prolong the overall lifespan of your gutter system.

Reasons we don’t like Gutter Cover Systems
Having a well-functioning gutter system is important for maintaining the longevity of a building. We offer various types of gutter repairs and improvements to help ensure the quality of a high functioning gutter system. Without proper gutter systems, rainwater can accumulate around the foundation and can lead to water damage and erosion. This catastrophe can lead to expensive repairs and can even compromise the structural integrity of a building. Here in the lower mainland with the heavy amount of rain that we tend to get, it’s very important to have your gutters cleaned regularly to prevent any possible damage to your home.
Overflowing gutters can result in damage to your fascia boards or even the roof if not dealt with. Water can seep into your walls, causing moisture in your roof, which can create a breeding ground for mold and mildew. Gutter cleanings can help prevent the need for gutter repairs and improvements if done on a regular basis.

Greg performed the moss removal on my roof. The moss was brushed off into my gutters which were then manually cleaned. Anything that had fallen on the ground was also cleaned up. As he was applying the spray treatment to the roof his co-worker walked around the perimeter of the house with a hose to wash away any overspray on plants, walkways and the deck. The roof and chimney look great. I found the cost very competitive and would highly recommend the company.

I use to clean my own glass 12’ X 14’ awning but it’s a pain in the butt and very frustrating. And an extremely wet job. I don’t like heights so I will not get on the roof. So I try to clean from a step ladder at
one end that is accessible- not easy.
After 2 years of neglect, the glass had lots of burnt on grime from our southern exposure.
So Pavlo showed up early afternoon and by the end of the day he had those glass panels sparkling. Got stains off that I couldn’t get off the previous years. Pavlo was very meticulous to detail. He would not leave until the work was done to HIS satisfaction. A attribute rarely seen. The price for this work was very

We used Quality One again this year for our cleaning needs. We had a large patio cover cleaned, along with a patio pressure wash. Quality One does quality work. If you have vinyl siding in the TriCities, you need a soft brush wash to remove the green mildew effectively. The results are remarkable. We’ve used Quality One to wash the house and windows, clean our in-house gutters, and this year had some pressure washing done. We are always pleased with the work done.
Ryan and Team have done great work sweeping our Roof/Gutters and Cleaning our Windows/Glass, especially those that had tree sap on them. Very careful and methodical. We will continue to book them going forward into the future.

This is the 2nd time I have used Quality One Home Services for my home gutter cleaning. Professional, courteous, efficient and on time. A thorough, quality job completed both times. You can tell they take pride in the work they do and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will provide pictures to show the areas that are clogged and also do a scan to let you know if anything else needs servicing (i.e. shingles missing). They will also provide courtesy reminders when it is time to consider another service. Highly recommend. 👍🏻

Have been using Quality1's exterior window cleaning services for seven years now for a 2-story Vancouver Special. We re-book the following year's service after each cleaning and without fail, several weeks before that date, an email reminder is sent. The firm has several different work divisions but I have always dealt with the owner and his daughter who typify personable and professional.
For years now, Quality One has performed our power/pressure washing. The back yard is all in paving stones plus sidewalks, a painted fireplace and a driveway. Christian does an excellent job and it always looks so clean when he is finished and a job well done. Also, over the years we have the roof cleaned and looking after it has certainly preserved it. It is approximately 25 years old and still looks good. Quality One cleans it and sprays it to control the moss. In addition, each year they clean our gutters

Always a quality job from Quality One. I've used them for a number of years now for my glass/metal awning on my back deck. That has expanded to roof cleaning, gutters, windows, pressure washing concrete and shed. Makes my life so much easier to have the house exterior cleaned up in one go and done so well. We've used quality One since we bought our house about 8 years ago and realized just how high up the gutters that need cleaning out each year actually are (-;: We and a neighbour both did moss removal a few years back. We used Q1, the neighbour did not. The neighbour's crew made such a mess pressure washing the moss into OUR yard, Q1 crew did not pressure wash and did not make a mess at all. We have Q1 come back every 2 years to spray and we are moss free. Neighbour? Not so much... they just had their crew back and they made just as much mess as the first time.
We have been using Quality One Home Services for a few years now and always been impressed with the quality of work they provide but this time Christian was above our expectations. I have never seen such a hard working, dedicated person in my 27 years living in BC. Words cannot express enough our gratitude for the cleaning job he did on our house (June 3).
