Quality One did a great job pressure washing my stairs and patio the other day. They were easy to work with - being able to provide a quote via Google maps views and photos I shared with them. There was moss on my roof due to age and because of the tree shade, and I knew it was time to get it cleaned. I hired Quality One and I'm so glad I did! I’ve been a customer of Quality One for several years, they clean my gutters. They always do an excellent job.My neighbor who I referred Quality One to recently told me they also do glass patio awnings They have one also. So I immediately contact Quality One and they had an opening the next day. Otherwise I would have to wait for over a week.I use to clean my own glass 12’ X 14’ awning but it’s a pain in the butt and very frustrating. And an extremely wet job. I don’t like heights so I will not get on the roof. So I try to clean from a step ladder atone end that is accessible- not easy.After 2 years of neglect, the glass had lots of burnt on grime from our southern exposure.So Pavlo showed up early afternoon and by the end of the day he had those glass panels sparkling. Got stains off that I couldn’t get off the previous years. Pavlo was very meticulous to detail. He would not leave until the work was done to HIS satisfaction. A attribute rarely seen. The price for this work was veryreasonable.Thank You Pavlo.One less head ache I have to do.It’s nice to deal with a company that is so easy to work with. Their service is excellent, very good communication and very good pricing. They will contact you every year for routine service reminder. We used Quality One again this year for our cleaning needs. We had a large patio cover cleaned, along with a patio pressure wash.
