Gutter Cleaning and a House Wash
We contacted Quality One to clean our gutters and wash our house – which hadn’t been done in a few years. Ryan arrived right on time. And he did such a great job! The gutters are clean and the house looks so much better. He also did a “soft” wash on the house, which we wanted as we have vinyl siding on the house. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. As a matter of fact, we have already pre-booked them for next year!

Gutter Cleaning – Port Coquitlam
I use Quality-One every year for outside house maintenance because the work is always executed with great results. This year I had my gutters cleaned inside and out. I am very happy with the results yet again. Not only are the gutters back looking new (white gutters) but also there is no evidence of any mess anywhere from the work. Really impressive!

Moss Removed and Roof Sprayed
Recently we had our moss removed and our roof sprayed and the gutters cleaned inside and out by Quality One Home Services. They arrived when promised and did an excellent job for the quoted price. I would recommend this business to anyone requiring this service.

Hard-to-Reach Gutters Cleaned. No Mess Moss Removal.
We’ve used Quality One since we bought our house 8 years ago and realized just how high up the gutters that need cleaning out each year actually are. Me and a neighbour both did moss removal a few years back. We used Q1, the neighbours did not. The neighbours crew made such a mess pressure washing the moss into OUR yard, Q1 did not pressure wash and did not make a mess at all. We have Q1 come back every 2 years to spray and we are moss free. Neighbour? Not so much… They just had their crew come back and they made just as much a mess as the first time.

Gleaming House
We have once more a gleaming house. Christian was here yesterday and washed all the windows and screens, cleaned our large deck, including two tables, many chairs, a freezer, BBQ and storage chest. He also cleaned the gutters, and power washed the stairs and walkway. I can’t over emphasize the amazing job he does, year after year. I highly recommend Quality One Home Services – they never disappoint.

House Cleaning Exterior
We had lots of green algae on our home as the result of a clogged gutter over the winter and waited until the spring to have a full house wash done. Quality One home services both cleaned our gutters and washed the entire exterior of our home. It now looks brand new. Wonderful would definitely recommend.

Amazing Work!
I’ve been using Quality One for close to 10 years and am always impressed. From the booking process, through to the quality of their work they are incredible to deal with. Christian recently came and did an exterior house wash for me, and his attention to detail was above and beyond. I will definitely continue using their services.
