Excellent customer service but even more than that, Ignacio is a rock-star employee! His attention-to-detail, efficiency, thoroughness, and professionalism was very impressive and much appreciated! I would definitely recommend Quality One Home Services and we plan to specifically request Ignacio for future jobs. Thank you! The only thing I would advise is to book your job one month in advance if you want specific dates.

Whole House (Gutters, Windows, Powerwashing Etc)
We have had our whole house (gutters, windows, powerwashing etc) done by Quality One for several years. The last two years have been done by Christian and he is amazing. He works harder than anyone I have ever seen and the house always comes out looking brand new. I would highly recommend Quality One and Christian anytime.

Spring Cleaning

Great Satisfaction
As a bona fide clean freak, my great satisfaction with Quality One is, I believe, well founded. Each Spring I have the exterior of the house cleaned top to bottom… roof, gutters, siding, windows, deck and walkways. Each year I’ve been “kinda” happy with the results. This year, however, I used Quality One for the first time and the results were night and day. Mike’s pressure washing was flawless and Christians determination to wash away every square inch of dirt from our home’s exterior… and squeegee away every streak from the windows, was truly awesome.Thanks so much guys, see you next year!

Outdoor Cleaning
Christian did a fabulous job on our outdoor cleaning. Power washing, window and skylight washing, gutters cleaned and much more. Over the 2 days to clean all around the home, Christian put his heart and soul into the work. Our place looks all bright and shiny for spring, his attention to detail went above and beyond our expectations once again. This is the second year Christian has been our guy and will continue to be.

Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
We have used Quality One Home Services for the past several years to clean our deck, windows, screens, walkway and stairs. As always, our whole house just sparkles and Christian did an amazing job on our deck. He had to clean it several times to get it really clean, and everything on the deck, table, chairs, BBQ, freezer and storage chest look so great. The windows and screens can now be seen through with no splotches. The attention to detail while cleaning the windows is great to watch, first the wash, the the squeegee to dry, followed by a cloth to wipe around all the edges. The stairs and walkway just glisten.I cannot recommend their services enough. This year we also got the roof cleaned, gutter cleaning and roof sprayed to prevent moss which worked for four years since the last cleaning.

Great Company, Great People In Port Coquitlam
We have used QualityOne several times, always good service. This Spring Ignacio cleaned out the gutters; we have many big trees and the gutters fill up fast.He recommended filters for the downspouts. Christian washed the house, power washed the carport, driveway, even did the retaining wall and the stepping stones through the garden. The railings and the deck are incredibly clean. We are very happy with QualityOne!
