Always do an excellent job

I’ve been a customer of Quality One for several years, they clean my gutters. They always do an excellent job.
My neighbor who I referred Quality One to recently told me they also do glass patio awnings They have one also. So I immediately contact Quality One and they had an opening the next day. Otherwise I would have to wait for over a week.
I use to clean my own glass 12’ X 14’ awning but it’s a pain in the butt and very frustrating. And an extremely wet job. I don’t like heights so I will not get on the roof. So I try to clean from a step ladder at
one end that is accessible- not easy.
After 2 years of neglect, the glass had lots of burnt on grime from our southern exposure.
So Pavlo showed up early afternoon and by the end of the day he had those glass panels sparkling. Got stains off that I couldn’t get off the previous years. Pavlo was very meticulous to detail. He would not leave until the work was done to HIS satisfaction. A attribute rarely seen. The price for this work was very
reasonable.Thank You Pavlo.
One less head ache I have to do.
It’s nice to deal with a company that is so easy to work with. Their service is excellent, very good communication and very good pricing. They will contact you every year for routine service reminder. But they will never talk you into something you do not want or need.
Highly recommend them.

Delta roof, shed, deck, railings, and concrete washing

Quality One cleaned our roof, did a siding, deck, shed, railings, and concrete wash. The house looks brand new. Christian did a great job. They showed up and got the work done in a professional manner and pricing is competitive. I recommend these guys for your house cleaning.

Port Moody gutter cleaning and large glass awning washing

Hi yet another great service experience from Quality One. Greg and Christian were punctual, efficient and did a great job on cleaning my gutters inside and out and my glass canopy which is really tricky! They left the premises clean and tidy and the canopy looks beautiful! Highly recommend their services. Not necessarily the cheapest but reliable and. Anyways do a great job. Quality indeed!

Patio Cover and Patio Pressure Washing in Delta

We used Quality One again this year for our cleaning needs. We had a large patio cover cleaned, along with a patio pressure wash. From initial contact with Kiana and Mike, to Pavlo arriving promptly, and efficiently completing the job, the experience was top notch – the patio and cover were spotless, which is no easy task considering all of the trees in our backyard. Pavlo removed all debris and left our yard in better shape then when he arrived.We will definitely be using Quality One for our needs next year!
