Deck Canopy Cleaning

The job was to clean a metal deck canopy, integrated gutter, and fix a partially dislodged soffit panel. Christian was punctual and did a superb job with great attention to detail resulting in a sparkling clean canopy and downpipes. The job was challenging as the canopy had not been cleaned for years. Also, the integrated gutter was blocked and had a narrow opening making it difficult to clean. Christian took extra time to ensure that everything was sparkling clean before he finished. He is hardworking and professional and one of the best contractors I’ve dealt with. I would be very happy to have Christian back for any future jobs.

Cleaning The Gutters

We had our house gutters cleaned today by Christian. He did an awesome job, was prompt and meticulous. He worked tirelessly for many hours as we have several levels to the house. I would highly recommend Christian and Quality One Home Services. Next summer we will have him clean the whole roof and gutters since it is too late for this time of the year to do the roof. Great job!!!

Outside Gutter Washing

Good job cleaning the roof of fallen branches and fir needles. The gutters had lots of algae on the outside, they look great now! It was tough to get to in some places and it was done very well!

Moss & Gutters

A++. Mike and team are top quality. We had our roof moss removed and gutters cleaned a few years ago, and went with the Whole House Wash Package + Inside Gutters + pressure washing in April 2019. 

This is an example of exactly what I hope for from any company I work with: our fence gate had fallen off of the post. I was anticipating calling the fencing company to come back and fix it, but when I got home I realized that one of the guys from Quality One had reposted it. Above and beyond the call of duty. Initiative. You see something that needs to get done and you do it. What else could I ask for?!

Great Company, Great People In Port Coquitlam

We have used QualityOne several times, always good service. This Spring Ignacio cleaned out the gutters; we have many big trees and the gutters fill up fast.He recommended filters for the downspouts. Christian washed the house, power washed the carport, driveway, even did the retaining wall and the stepping stones through the garden. The railings and the deck are incredibly clean. We are very happy with QualityOne!

Emergency Due To Gutters Overflowing

Quality One has become my home maintenance company. It began with gutter cleaning and clearing, and evolved to an annual Whole House package. Due to excessive wind and rain, my front gutter overflowed a week and a half before Christmas. Naturally, I emailed Mike for help. The team was very busy, but he scheduled an emergency visit same day or next.
