Moss & Gutters

A++. Mike and team are top quality. We had our roof moss removed and gutters cleaned a few years ago, and went with the Whole House Wash Package + Inside Gutters + pressure washing in April 2019.

This is an example of exactly what I hope for from any company I work with: our fence gate had fallen off of the post. I was anticipating calling the fencing company to come back and fix it, but when I got home I realized that one of the guys from Quality One had reposted it. Above and beyond the call of duty. Initiative. You see something that needs to get done and you do it. What else could I ask for?!

They will have my business for ever.

Quality One Lives Up To It’s Name.

An annual Spring need – cleaning my roof! There was a time when I used to do it myself, but time has caught up with me! In recent years I have relied on Quality One to do the job. The best choice I ever made. Not only do they do a way better job than I was able to, they do it with the most professional approach. Review the project, provide an estimate and deliver as promised. And to make the experience exceptional, their employees, the ones I have met were friendly, hard working and thorough. For me to use Quality One is a no brainer, I am indeed a satisfied customer.

Gutters, House Wash, Moss Removal & Spray

We have been using Quality One for a few years now (gutters, house wash, moss removal and spray, windows, pressure washing) I am always impressed with their attention to detail, efficiency and customer service. The outside of our house looks amazing when they are done. I would recommend Mike and his team to anyone needing any regular outdoor maintenance. Worth every penny!

House Looks Like New Again

We’ve hired Quality One Home Services twice now and both times the service and work done have been excellent. The services purchased included moss removal from the roof, gutter cleaning and hand washing of the entire house exterior. It’s not a stretch to say that when they’re finished, the house looks like it could be new again. We will continue to hire Quality One and would absolutely recommend them to anyone else considering this type of service.

Moss Removal

I called Quality One with a problem. I had a small roof leak that my roofer said was due to moss buildup in one area of the roof. I called and spoke with Kiana who told me it was late in the season and they weren’t really doing Moss Removal until the Spring. I explained my problem and she came out, looked at the roof and scheduled Nathan to de-moss just part of my roof. I’m sure I will survive the Winter with no more leaks and have the full work done in the Spring. Very grateful to Quality One for helping me out. Great company with super employees!

Another Job Well Done (Moss)

I booked a moss cleaning with Quality One. Nathan is very polite and explained everything that would be worked on. He did a fantastic job but it started raining really hard before he could apply the treatment spray. He came back a few days later and completed the job. I wasn’t billed until it was all completed and I really appreciated that. The roof had all moss removed, the gutters were cleaned and a moss treatment was applied. I am very satisfied with the quality of work!

Great Service – Port Moody

Mike was great to deal with. His guy didn’t do a thorough job on spraying my roof. Mike came and checked the roof. He later did it again with the guy and ensured my roof was done and sprayed properly.
It was a pleasure to deal with him. He is knowledgeable and provide excellent service. The price quoted is also very reasonable. I highly recommend Quality One for their great service and excellent work provided.

Delta Roof Moss Removal, Gutters Cleaned, Roof Moss Spray, House Wash

Your company is incredible. Raul is such a hard, conscientious worker who absolutely amazed me the way he could walk around my steep roof. He certainly had his work cut out for him with my roof that was covered in moss and my house that was filthy. He cleaned everything to perfection with no debris left behind. He was here for five days with no disruption to me and my little dog. You hardly even realized he was here. If you want a first class job done I would highly recommend Quality One.

Window, Gutters, Skylights And Roof Cleaning In Coquitlam

We had a one man crew (Fej) come to our place to do gutters, flat roof clean, skylights, windows. The work was spectacular, he was very accommodating, courteous and pleasant. I would recommend them whole heartily and making my list for next year as to what I would like them to do.

Langley House Wash & Roof Cleaning

We had Mike and his team out recently to clean the moss off of our roof, clean the gutters and wash the entire exterior of our house. The house and roof look like they could be brand new and we couldn’t be happier with the results. All for a super fair and reasonable price. Believe all the reviews, they’re the best!
