As in the past, the Quality One Team did great work in making my home exterior look the cleanest in my neighbourhood.
This project included the entire exterior of my home: roofing and gutters, siding, soffits, fascia; doors and windows.
Many thanks to Ryan and Mitch for the onsite work and to Kiana for her coordination and communication efforts.

We’ve used Quality One since we bought our house 8 years ago and realized just how high up the gutters that need cleaning out each year actually are. Me and a neighbour both did moss removal a few years back. We used Q1, the neighbours did not. The neighbours crew made such a mess pressure washing the moss into OUR yard, Q1 did not pressure wash and did not make a mess at all. We have Q1 come back every 2 years to spray and we are moss free. Neighbour? Not so much… They just had their crew come back and they made just as much a mess as the first time.

I would highly recommend Quality One Home Service!! They are professional, insured, BBB approved which are all very important for me. Christian was friendly, hardworking and did an excellent job, wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again in the future.

We had Christian clean our gutters a few years ago and he did such a great job that we requested him again to have the whole roof done this time as well. Christian and Ryan did an amazing job and were on time, courteous, pleasant and thorough and professional. The roof looks great and they cleaned everything on the ground, flower beds etc where the debris feel. Our house has several levels. They also left our windows sparkling clean from spraying after the other guy put the bleach spray on the roof. A great job. Will come back to Quality one and recommend them to the others. Mike and the office staff were great as well. A great professional company.

We have used Quality One for the past 3 years to clean our gutters, and once for roof moss removal. Every time their service has been great, staff have been friendly and professional, and their prices have been very reasonable. We will gladly hire them again in the future and recommend them to anyone who needs home services.

This summer I noticed a large amount of moss buildup on my roof. I called the team at Quality One to come and clean it. The job they did was fantastic. The roof looks great. The job was done on time and on budget. Definitely will be calling the Quality One team again when I need any additional services. Wayne Maple Ridge

This is an excellent company – from making the appointment, getting the quote, and right to the job completed itself. Nathan and Yann came to my home for 2 days – first day they removed the moss on the roof, did the treatment and cleaned the gutters. The next morning they came back to washing the windows, and the outside of the gutters and a glass awning on my back porch. Wow – I am so impressed with the quality of the work and the hard working nature of these 2 young men – they were so polite and personable. They left everything tidy and cleaned up. I would highly recommend this company without hesitation. My second time using them and I have no regrets.

I have used Quality One several times in the past for deck, concrete and roof cleaning. I also had railing glass and windows cleaned this year. I have always been happy with the results and this year is no exception. Everything looks great – thanks to Christian.
