Gutter Cleaning and a House Wash

We contacted Quality One to clean our gutters and wash our house – which hadn’t been done in a few years. Ryan arrived right on time. And he did such a great job! The gutters are clean and the house looks so much better. He also did a “soft” wash on the house, which we wanted as we have vinyl siding on the house. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. As a matter of fact, we have already pre-booked them for next year!

House Cleaning Exterior

We had lots of green algae on our home as the result of a clogged gutter over the winter and waited until the spring to have a full house wash done. Quality One home services both cleaned our gutters and washed the entire exterior of our home. It now looks brand new. Wonderful would definitely recommend.

Full House Washing

I was very happy with the work that Ryan did on my house. My windows, gutters and decks are spotless! Very good value for the amount paid. I’m only sorry I waited late in the season to get my full house washing done, will plan better next time!

Great Satisfaction

As a bona fide clean freak, my great satisfaction with Quality One is, I believe, well founded. Each Spring I have the exterior of the house cleaned top to bottom… roof, gutters, siding, windows, deck and walkways. Each year I’ve been “kinda” happy with the results. This year, however, I used Quality One for the first time and the results were night and day. Mike’s pressure washing was flawless and Christians determination to wash away every square inch of dirt from our home’s exterior… and squeegee away every streak from the windows, was truly awesome. Thanks so much guys, see you next year!

Coquitlam Siding Cleaning

We have been using Mike and his team since 2013. Imagine a house adjacent to a mini-forest on two sides, a house with white vinyl siding and a straight three stories up at the tallest. It turns an ugly green-gray fast. Mike and team, you have done an amazing job yet again. Professional, thorough, and reliable, for a fair price, never more than the quote. Thanks for peace of mind knowing we won’t be disappointed 🙂

Langley House Wash & Roof Cleaning

We had Mike and his team out recently to clean the moss off of our roof, clean the gutters and wash the entire exterior of our house. The house and roof look like they could be brand new and we couldn’t be happier with the results. All for a super fair and reasonable price. Believe all the reviews, they’re the best!

Last Minute Siding & Window Cleaning – Vancouver

I sent a last minute request for siding, windows and roof cleaning. We were having an event at the house. I was not surprised when Mike advised they were fully booked. The roof was not as important and when that was taken out of the project for a later time, Mike was able to squeeze us in! Ryan arrived on time, was very courteous, worked methodically and was super tidy! What a great job! Our siding looks like new and our windows and screens are so clean you don’t think they are there! Right from the beginning this has been a great experience. Looking forward to the roof cleaning in the fall ……… Thank you gentlemen!

Coquitlam Whole House Wash Package

First time home owner and really didn’t know what to expect. After checking several companies for an estimate of the job, it was obvious the professionalism at Quality zone was bar none.

Kiana and Fej were prompt and friendly to my email inquiry. An accurate and fair quote using google satellite image was provided, with detailed breakdown and no hidden cost or surprise cost overruns. Mike was all class with my questions and scheduling. The best part, is Ryan who did the work. He spent 10 solid hours, no rushing through the job or cutting corners. My patio furniture was treated respectfully, and guess what? I found only after that unsolicited, Ryan had even given them a wipe down too! I’m just floored by not just a job well done but the level of thoughtfulness that I didn’t expect or imagined still exist in our world today when everyone seems to be after making a quick buck.

Definitely recommend these guys, I know I won’t have to look elsewhere come next spring.

Thank you guys!

North Vancouver Moss Removal And Washing Of Whole House

Mike and Ryan did a tremendous job of removing a big build up of moss on the roof and washing the whole house using soft brushes and a garden hose. The siding (which is 32 years old) looks brand new. They were careful not to get moss in our swimming pool while they worked and did a wonderful job of cleaning up. Mike was very accommodating at moving our scheduled time so all is this work could be done before the winter cover came off our pool. I would highly recommend this very professional company.

Coquitlam House Wash Package

I would highly recommend this company for their professionalism and quality of work. Jeremy was on time, courteous and personable. He worked in the rain for 8 hours to clean our gutters, windows, siding, soffits and fascia and did a fantastic job…even removing stubborn green marks on the siding. It was nice to see that he took pride in his work; our house looks like new!
