Outdoor Cleaning

Christian did a fabulous job on our outdoor cleaning. Power washing, window and skylight washing, gutters cleaned and much more. Over the 2 days to clean all around the home, Christian put his heart and soul into the work. Our place looks all bright and shiny for spring, his attention to detail went above and beyond our expectations once again. This is the second year Christian has been our guy and will continue to be.

Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value

We have used Quality One Home Services for the past several years to clean our deck, windows, screens, walkway and stairs. As always, our whole house just sparkles and Christian did an amazing job on our deck. He had to clean it several times to get it really clean, and everything on the deck, table, chairs, BBQ, freezer and storage chest look so great. The windows and screens can now be seen through with no splotches. The attention to detail while cleaning the windows is great to watch, first the wash, the the squeegee to dry, followed by a cloth to wipe around all the edges. The stairs and walkway just glisten.I cannot recommend their services enough. This year we also got the roof cleaned, gutter cleaning and roof sprayed to prevent moss which worked for four years since the last cleaning.

Inside Gutters & Outside Windows

We had Ryan clean the inside gutters and the outside windows. He did a top notch job. Out windows are amazing. This is the best job we have ever had. We have been in our house 27 years! No hesitation recommending their service. We will have them back in the spring.

Thank you Ryan!!

Clean Windows

Wow, have tried several window cleaning places since we moved into our home last fall – none of them were booked again for obvious reasons. Christian worked very hard to do a great job and according to my husband, and I arrived home to the cleanest windows imaginable. Very pleased with Quality One.

Extensive Home Cleaning

Hi Mike and Kiana, I wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the work Christian did on our house last week. What a hard worker that pays attention to detail. Everything worked out great. The sunroom and windows sparkle, and the deck stair railings and flashings look like new. The power washing of the concrete under our pergola and on our gutters produced excellent results. I was most pleased that Christian was particularly careful with our unique driveway. Thanks to Quality One Home Services for a job well done!

House, Windows And Shed Cleaned

We were quite happy with how clean the house and windows are. We were especially happy to see how clean the shed is now… really didn’t expect all of the grime and algae to come off.

Windows, Driveway, Front Walk And Stairs

An excellent job done by Christian, a very nice, polite, friendly and hard working young man. He went way and beyond to get the job done to his satisfaction, even waiting for a neighbour to return and move his car so he could finish in front to his standard of perfection. He left one very satisfied customer. We will continue to recommend your company to friends and use again when we need outside house cleaning. Thank you for holding your workers to a high standard of work.

Gutter And Window Cleaning

Good Day Mike and Kiana: I want to report that Ryan did an excellent job of cleaning the gutters and took special care doing the windows. My wife was ecstatic with the results. Again, thank you Ryan for taking the care and attention to detail which is sadly missing from many companies. We will look forward to having Quality One washing the entire house in the Spring.

Patio Cover Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Gutters

The initial contact with Quality One Home Services was with Kiana. She was very prompt at responding to any email inquiries that I had and was very informative in describing how the job would be done. She responded even after hours which really surprised me. A young man by the name of Grayson was assigned to do the services I requested. He was very polite and courteous. Grayson worked a very long day in the high heat and did an impeccable job cleaning the metal and glass patio cover, the exterior windows of a two-story house and the gutters. The patio cover had not been cleaned in quite a while, now it’s spotless. The windows were washed with a soft brush method and are now sparkling. I had decided to contact Quality One Home Services because of the high number of positive reviews. They are very reasonably priced for high-quality work. Thank you Quality One Home Services, tank you Kiana for your customer service excellence and thank you Grayson for doing such a meticulous job. You are such a hard worker! I highly recommend this company.
